Life today is fast-paced.

The secret is all in how you handle these heightened levels of stress because your coping mechanisms for stress are critical to the overall health and enjoyment you have in life.

Believe it or not, you already have coping mechanisms for stress - whether you realize it or not. Often, unconscious coping mechanisms for stress can be self-destructive, for instance, overeating, smoking, drug and alcohol abuse - or even just endless hours watching TV!
